Care for Leather Bags

Clean it with a leather cleaner and expect it to change over time with use as leather will do with handling.

Care for Canvas Cloth Bags

Scotch Guarded for stain resistance but can be spot cleaned with fabric cleaner and Scotch Guard can be reapplied to continue protection.

Care for Nylon Bags

For your security, the billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Sucaro only accepts credit cards issued by a U.S. financial institution.

Return/Refund Policy

We hope you are fully satisfied with your Sucaro products. If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return the item within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling fees. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Please return to Sucaro Bags, 191 Beach Street, Bronx, NY 10464. The items must be returned in unused/undamaged condition to ensure credit. If you request a return after the 60 day period, please contact us directly
at 347-961-8804.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries.

* Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to monitor delivery status and ensure that the package is returned to us.

* You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned items. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.

* You will be refunded the return shipping cost only if the return is the result of a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part.

* Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

Delivery and Shipping Policy

You will be informed by e-mail or phone if an item is out of stock at the time of the order. You will only be charged if the item is available for shipping at the time of the order. Orders will ship within 1-4 business days either via UPS or US Postal Service. All PO Box shipments are made via US Postal Service. Standard ground shipping only available at this time. Shipping and handling is $10 flat rate per address.

Privacy Policy

Sucaro shares no information about it’s clients other than what information is necessary to process payment transactions. We maintain a private list of all clients contact information so that in the future we can keep our clients informed of new products. We will never sell or share any personal information about our clients and all credit card information is eliminated after a transaction is finalized.

We do collect information on our clients as they interface with our website to determine where our clients are coming from and how they are accessing our site to help reach and serve them better.

Product Use and Warranty

Thank you for purchasing a Sucaro product. We value and appreciate all of our customers. All Sucaro products are made of high quality materials. To ensure your complete satisfaction we guaranteed workmanship of every Sucaro product. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse, lost or stolen bags or their content, nor does this warranty cover ordinary wear and tear.

We will repair or replace defective products free of charge (repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of Sucaro Bags Inc.) Repairs or modifications by other than a Sucaro authorized agent may void this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights under the law in your state.

Caution: Strong magnetic closures can demagnify credit cards, room key cards and deprogram MP3 players if placed directly against the magnet. These items should be protected inside a case. Sucaro is not responsible for electronics damaged by magnetic exposure. Use at your own risk though we have tested many items and found no serious damage. Occasionally, a phone call will be answered when the flap is lifted to pull out the phone. This can be remedied by placing the phone in facing away from the magnet.
